Answers now.

As a business owner, you need to know your partners inside and out. To help facilitate that process, we’ve compiled a list of our most frequently asked questions. If you’d like to hear details about any answer, please contact us and we’d be happy to tell you more.

  • Can you provide bookkeeping and payroll services at my office?

We can provide our services onsite at your location or remotely from our offices—whichever is most convenient and beneficial for you. We have clients who operate via both scenarios and we find both work equally well.

  • Do we have to sign up for a full package of services?

No. We can provide a full range of services or any combination of services available. Our plans are completely customized to fit your businesses. ACCTCITE can do your books and payroll, train your staff to do them or provide consultation on an as-needed basis. We tailor our services to best suit your needs.

  • Does ACCTCITE take the place of my CPA?

No. We are not licensed CPAs and our services are not designed to replace your CPA. However, we do work closely with many CPA firms and provide financial reports directly to them in the formats they request.

  • What makes ACCTCITE different from other accounting firms?

We’ve been in business since 1995 and we understand the needs of small to medium-sized businesses—and what makes them successful. We’re unique because we provide a complete range of services, rather than specializing in just one or two functions. Our track record, knowledge and personal service set us apart and can help you excel, too.

  • How do we know if your services are right for us?

We can set up a free initial consultation and discuss your needs. There’s no obligation and we will move forward only if you’re comfortable and feel we can add value to your business.

  • How do you determine your fees?

Our services are provided on a flat fee, retainer or hourly basis, depending on the scope of work to be done. We provide a written proposal with the services outlined in detail before starting any work.

  • How do we set up an initial consultation?

Contact us today by phone, fax or e-mail to schedule an appointment.
