Heidi Schlosser

As a small business owner herself, Heidi understands the unique challenges her fellow small business owners face. She founded ACCTCITE in 1995 after recognizing that there was a need for affordable, outsourced bookkeeping solutions for businesses that don’t have the space, budget or demand for a full-time accountant on staff. Heidi has experience with a variety of industries and has held positions in retail management, food distribution operations, and hotel credit management, purchasing and cost control. She was also an accounting software specialist for a trade association.

Through ACCTCITE, Heidi has brought her expertise and her keen, objective eye to numerous organizations, creating accounting practices that let them run smoothly, cost-effectively and efficiently. Her mission to strive for innovation has enabled ACCTCITE to offer convenient services such as secure remote data access.

A New York native, Heidi is a graduate of the University of Maryland and lives in Mt. Airy, Maryland with her husband and two daughters.

Robin Stark

Client Services Representative

Since joining ACCTCITE in 1999, Robin has built strong business relationships with a number of clients who count on her for day-to-day financial operations help including payroll and accounts receivable. Her prior experience includes nearly two decades of work in bookkeeping and accounting for the construction industry as well as other service industries.

Originally from Baltimore, Robin lives in Mt. Airy with her husband and two children.

Kathy Kelly

Client Services Representative

Kathy joined ACCTCITE in 2004 and currently brings with her over 21 years of accounting experience. Prior to working for ACCTCITE, Kathy worked for the State of Maryland as an accountant. Her current client base is much diversified, which she enjoys, and include owners of restaurants, financial planners, advertising agencies and a fitness center, to name a few.

Kathy grew up in Westminster, Maryland and then graduated from Frostburg State University with a degree in business. She lives in Mt. Airy with her husband and her three children.

Karen J. Krueger

Client Services Representative

Karen Krueger grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and graduated from Towson University, magna cum laude, with a degree in Finance. She spent the first 13 years of her career in the banking industry as an Assistant Controller, then relocated to Aiken, South Carolina, where she worked at the Westinghouse Savannah River Site as a financial analyst. Upon returning to Maryland, Karen owned and operated her own business servicing up to twenty-five businesses providing consultation and professional bookkeeping using the QuickBooks platform. Over the years, she worked with ACCTCITE on many projects, and has most recently joined the ACCTCITE team. Karen lives with her family in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania.
